Delmonico Steakhouse is an exclusive restaurant located in the Hilton Hotel in Panama City, specializing in high quality cuts and imported lobster for a corporate audience and for special occasion celebrations.

Issue

The restaurant had experienced for a long time the lack of maintenance of its digital channels, there was no consistency in its publications or an advertising campaign strategy that was in line with its seasonal dishes. On the other hand, it was necessary to reactivate its fan base and captivate a new audience in the highly corporate area where the restaurant is located, to be considered as one of the “top of mind” options and to live a warm experience to celebrate a special occasion or a perfect environment for business meetings.

Solution

The support provided began with a first stage of diagnosis of the brand situation, to then create an optimal content strategy for kilometers around the store. Specifically defined the types of targets to be captured through paid campaigns on Instagram. Subsequently, a basic style guide was standardized for the designs that would be published on their social networks to reflect the quality of their dishes and the ambiance of Delmonico. In addition, the creation of printed material to be used internally with Hilton Hotel guests. The result led to a new number of followers and increased interest in making reservations.
