Tucson Steakhouse & Bar is a franchise restaurant with presence in El Salvador that for more than 10 years has become a destination to celebrate and enjoy an extremely varied menu a la carte and 2 x 1 with specialty in American cuts; its service and quality has led them to be recognized as an Angus Certified Restaurant®.

Issue

Tucson did not have a solid presence on Google a few years ago due to the lack of a website that could expose it to new audiences interested in making reservations for corporate events. In addition, there was no direction in the content strategy, no social media guidelines and many of their publications were visually inconsistent with each other. Apart from that, it had a limited number of dishes that could be displayed in a proper way.

Solution

For more than a year working with this brand we have been able to create several communicational elements that have helped to position it along with a website. Gradually, this served as a source of traffic to increase the number of reservations and expose the restaurant’s offerings in terms of menu, ambiance, promotions and events.. A set of marketing strategies were created for its products to impact the restaurant’s sales, as well as the creation of simple and attractive designs to delight its audience and keep the franchise concept true. Finally, the graphic line was applied in printed materials to create uniformity in all communication formats.
