Lead capture in the USA
SCU needed to optimize its lead generation through social media. They did not have a documented strategy, a campaign plan or a clear form of ad measurement. Its investment in advertising was not regular and it lacked a graphic communication line.
Challenge
There was no strong track record of previous campaigns, communication was fragmented and there was a lack of clarity about which advertising which advertising objectives would generate the best results.
Action
We started by visually standardizing the content in the guidelines to project a more professional image. Segmentation tests were conducted to identify the most effective audiences, optimizing costs and maximizing the number of leads generated.
Results
Currently, SCU has well-defined KPIs, which allows us to accurately forecast the volume of daily, weekly and monthly leads. In addition, the quality of leads has increased, ensuring more qualified leads for the purchase of a home.
