About the Brand

CCM (Centro Cardiometabolic Center) is a company specialized in the prevention, detection and comprehensive treatment of cardiac, endocrine and metabolic diseases. For more than 12 years they have built a reputation as one of the leaders in their sector with their slogan “We are here to keep your heart beating”.

Issue

He had long sought an optimal social media presence that would go hand in hand with a digital strategy that could provide the ability to reach new audiences and continue to educate his existing patients. There was no clarity on what route to take or how to start, but the intention was to be able to share content that was of value through this channel as well as a business blog.

Solution

With more than a year of working with this brand month by month and from the beginning, we were able to establish clear content calendars that were based on their sector. This allowed them to showcase the human talent of each of their collaborators, through publications or articles that would inspire a change in the habits that lead to heart disease. Thanks to this, we have defined a consistent visual language in each of its arts and explored diverse content formats such as: interactive chatbots, online risk tests, videos, infographics and Facebook Canvas, to name a few. One of the most outstanding projects, which was very well received by its audience, was the digital magazine “Muévete”, which brings together all the bimonthly content in a single downloadable document.

Another of the measures implemented was the development of a “landing page” to communicate in a clear and concise way the full range of the center’s services, which could serve as a destination for each prospect to schedule an appointment or have assistance through the integration of Manychat.
